Withdrawal Benefits

This is a lumpsum payment equal to members’and employers’ contributions plus accrued interest payable to a member who has resigned from employment, has been retrenched, dismissed or terminated on medical grounds, abolition of office, or any other cause.

Supporting Documents

  •     Application form using Form LAPF/BEN.1;
  •     Letter stating the reason of termination of employment from his/her employer;
  •     Membership Card; and
  •     Two stamp size photographs;

Computations of Benefit
Withdrawal Benefit = Employer’s Contribution + members contribution + accrued interest
